Mr. Kuldeep Jaiswal 43 year male got operated for fistula in scrotum and fistula in ano. Primarily he got operated twice in Prayagraj by two different Urologist accompanied by general surgeons. Then he got operated four times consecutively in Medanta Medicity Lucknow Despite all efforts,Unfortunately all six attempts to cure fistula in scrotum got failed and relapsed. Then Patient came to Dr. VB Mishra Sir for operation and ultimately got cured after eleven weeks of operation.This was very complicated case. A patient from Isckon Mauni Baba 98 years male,came to us on 30th jan 2018.Examined thouroughly and found a fistulous track at 11 O'clock position.Looking at his age it was bit risky to operate, but taken chance and operated same on 9th of Feb 2018. He was very smiling and highly cooperative during the course of follow ups. Ultimately success came today,and I declared him 100% fit from fistula as wound had absolutely healed. We didn’t charge anything from him either operating charges or dressing charges looking at his age and occupation.I got overwhelmed looking at his response when I declared you are fit now.He put a garland over me with dry fruits and prasad.It was amazing for me.Plenty of blessings and good wishes from him were showered at me like anything.Got to know again,despite money something more important have always waited us.Thanks to almighty to deliver such opportunity to me.
